We have been experiencing some problems with orders being sent to the EU and customs delays, so to facilitate an easier transition we will send all EU orders under a tracked delivery. We also recommend that for the time being, your order value not exceed £125.00, as higher value orders incur higher duty charges and delays.
Delivery may be slower than usual, in the region of 2-6 weeks and you may be asked to pay import duty or VAT before receiving the order. This is likely to be between 18% and 20% of the value of the order, but please check with your local customs office for further details.
